Dr. Jeffrey L. Philpott is an experienced professional with a career in global higher education leadership. He has shaped academic programs, strengthened institutional quality, and advanced student development initiatives across Europe, the United States, and beyond. Dr. Jeffrey L. Philpott’s work reflects a focus on strategic planning, educational excellence, and building learning environments that support both faculty success and student achievement.

After serving as Dean of Students at two distinct institutions, Dr. Philpott continued his senior leadership career as vice president for student affairs at Hawaii Pacific University. He served as chief student affairs officer for a diverse, multi-campus institution. He led enrollment initiatives that improved retention, strengthened marketing and brand identity, and introduced a customer relationship management system that personalized communication with students.

Between 2019 and 2023, Dr. Philpott served as academic dean and head of academic quality and faculty at EU Business School. In this position, he led faculty development, quality assurance, and curriculum design across bachelor’s and master’s programs. He taught courses in corporate strategy, ethics, and professional development while supervising teaching staff and supporting student satisfaction initiatives. His leadership played a key role in strengthening program delivery and expanding international collaboration.
